Every project should make the next one better. In most firms it doesn’t, because what was learned lives in a folder somebody has to remember. Chirality is a way of working, and an application, in which agents keep the firm’s workflows current and bring more of each job in front of your judgement. What the firm learns stays with the firm, as files you own.

What the work has to be true to: the admitted documents, the standards, the decisions already made. An agent reads these, and says which.

Whether the result conforms. What gets scanned before anyone reads, and what a reviewer looks at first.
When the knowledge is structured, the agents are reliable, the knowledge compounds, and keeping everyone consistent gets cheaper. That is the whole idea. The discipline to keep it structured is still yours. The method makes it the easy path.

Everything is published: the application, the agents, the workflows, the tools, and the examples we will keep adding. Most firms will do this without ever speaking to us. When many workflows need to run at once, we build the coordination system that lets them run concurrently without conflicting. Keeping them disciplined over time is the firm’s job, and we can help with that too.
