Going further takes work. Coordinating several agents, connecting technical tools, controlling access and bringing their contributions into a dependable workflow are substantial development tasks. A useful first result is the beginning of that work.

For proposal and planning work, the Library already provides workflows for preparing an estimate from sources such as an RFP and developing an engineering estimate and schedule together. Use the published methods with your agent, project inputs and applicable tools.
We also develop software around that work. Your company’s methods, rates and review requirements can inform the result within a deployment designed for your needs. Hosting, model access and any information sharing are agreed as part of that design.
After award, that work becomes the basis for the project execution plan. Develop the deliverables, assign responsibilities and connect the technical workflows needed to produce them. As the scope changes, examine the consequences for the work, cost and schedule.
Those technical workflows can be built around piping stress analysis, civil earthworks, structural design, electrical load studies and other discipline work. Each starts with the deliverable, the tools used to produce it and the conditions for its review.
The aim is to make your company’s best practices available across its projects, with consistent execution of repeatable operations and governance controls where you want them.
Owned by your company
You own the custom software we develop for you. You receive its source code and the instructions needed to build, run and maintain it. Keep it private. Maintain it yourselves or choose another developer.
Build the functions your team needs, around the tools it uses. Extend them as your needs change. Your company’s implementation and integrations remain yours; shared open-source components retain their licences.

We can build your company’s applications to run entirely on your premises, including the models used by their agents. In an agreed on-premises deployment, project files, estimating data and technical information can stay within your environment.
Hosting, access and connections are part of the design. If nothing may leave your premises, that requirement shapes the selected models, tools and connections. The standard Chirality App instead sends task content to OpenAI under your account, as described in its data-handling information.
Engineering applications, built around a discipline
SWBPIPE is an application of this approach to piping design and stress analysis. It brings engineering mechanics, model authoring and agent-assisted work into a domain application now in development.
